CMOs: Ai is Rewriting Your Job Description

I had an idea for a post—something I’ve been using across my business and my clients’, custom GPTs.

So I gave the custom GPT that I created for Kerry founder of KFC a prompt: “What’s the impact of AI—especially custom GPTs—on the role of the CMO, both agency- and brand-side?”

It gave me a solid first draft. After a few rounds of refinement we had something worth sharing. It then suggested: “This should be a carousel, not a post.” OK I thought. I haven't done that before. So I asked it to create a slide script from the post.

After it outputted the script, it offered to design it. Not Chatgpts strong suit as you have seen from my other posts, so after a few failed attempts, I dropped the script into Gamma.app. Gamma added some stats that were not mine, but worked in this context. Is it perfect, no. But I created it in under two hours. I could have spent more time refining and customizing with my branding but wanted to demonstrate what the technology can do.

My recommendation, get curious about Ai. Dive in. Your job may depend on it.
